Disclaimer: Once the system has been winterized, The Sprinkler Squad is not liable for any damage that occurs due to freezing temperatures, water remaining in the system, system reactivation, or tampering by third parties (including homeowners).
 

It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure the irrigation system remains off after winterization is completed.
 

Weather patterns can vary and extreme cold may still cause damage even after proper winterization. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system can be guaranteed freeze-proof.

 If an internal ball valve or any component inside the home fails during or after a winterization, our company is not liable for resulting damages. These parts fall under household plumbing, and any repairs or replacements must be performed by a licensed plumber.
